I'd just like to send some warm vibes to both of you from the other side of the world. I've been following your blogs on and off for the last few years and am literally blown away at how well you are adjusting to being non-married co-parents. Kids are lucky to have parents that well and truly put them first. And as long as you can make each other laugh, everything will definitely be OK. Monica, I hope you get the vitamins or whatever is needed to "keep your hair on". It's been a rocky ride but if this text exchange is anything to go by, you're going to be absolutely fine. All that cycling is probably taking its toll on your vitamin reserves as well so get it checked out properly and take whatever the doctor orders! Serge, no harm in missing a bedtime story now and again, you are obviously a great dad. Actually, hat's off to both of you for doing the right thing by your kids.
You guys are the best!!
Lol at the pony jab!
@anon Hey there, I really appreciate the kind words. The hair loss seems to be slowing, finally. I may try Biotin, which is something everyone keeps suggesting, and my mom sent some Latisse which is supposed to help eyelash growth. So... Fingers crossed!
You guys make me laugh so hard! ....And finally smile .
fyi, I tried biotin...that shit works. Problem is...it works everywhere. So, depending on the level of hirsuteness you are comfortable with...beware.
so i had to ask this question, as rhetorical as it may be: am i the only one sensing hope behind some of those exchanges?not saying anything will happen (it takes two to tango and then some), but some of the words exude a feeling of "i would still consider..."...
