Parenting Choices

Every day we make decisions about raising our children that could have dramatic impacts on their lives. The choices we make may not seem like a big deal in the moment, but you never know.

Yesterday I had to decide whether to allow my 2-year-old daughter to take a ride in the back of a pick-up truck. The decision wasn’t an easy one to make. I went back and forth for several minutes, every What If scenario loudly making itself known. Then, one simple thought occurred to me and I made my decision.
