The Transatlantic Dance

I had to smile over the fact that since I wrote this post Serge's ex-girlfriend made her Twitter feed private. Which is an interesting response considering she'd have to have been reading this blog to know I confessed to checking her out on Twitter from time to time. I mean, I'm pretty certain she already knew I checked up on her as I've clicked to her website occasionally as well and she's big into monitoring IP addresses. Or used to be, anyway. But yeah, I figure she still keeps an eye on me same as I keep an eye on her. Like I said, it's a habit formed over years of internet back-and-forthing.

So,yeah, I can no longer follow her commentary on the latest episode of X-Factor via Twitter. Honestly, she's probably doing me a favor by going private although I suspect her tweets will be public again before long. Interesting maneuver, though, as going private is acknowledging she's reading this website.

The subtle, blink-and-you'll-miss-it transatlantic dance between the two of us continues. Seven years. We've never even met. Bizarre stuff, man. Bizarre stuff.
